Small Groups are an essential part to Omaha K-Life. We believe that getting a student plugged into a small group will open up the door for a leader to invest more time into the student's life and will also allow the student and leader to create a Paul/Timothy relationship. True discipleship takes place in this setting, because a leader not only leads a bible study outside of club every other week, but pours into their kids in one-on-one or one-on-few settings.
We take great pride in this area of our ministry and we look forward to investing in your child's life as he/she goes through middle/high school. As a part of accountability and building trust with parents, all leaders fill out an in-depth application form and go through a background check. This not only allows the staff to pick and choose leaders wisely, but allows the ministry to be extremely healthy.
